These sessions are one on one with our nutritionist in the comfort of your own home
sessions will last around an hour but please allow more time in case we need it.
There are 6 sessions in total, which includes a course pack and email aftercare for a year!
The sessions will be tailored to your needs:
Session one includes getting to know you and the course details, how to set idealistic goals and finding your inspiration, taking your inch measurements and starting weight, creating you a food diary that suits your individual needs and look through examples and also how to measure portion control.
Session two includes, information on Carbohydrates and Protein, how to calculate Calories and the amount of Calories burnt off by exercise
Session three includes, information on Fat, Fiber, Snacking advice, Sugar, whats really in Fizzy drinks, Fruit and Vitamins
Session four includes, Alcohol and effects on the body including calories per unit, Smoking, how to read Food labels, helpful Shopping tips and Kids diets.
Session five includes, different Cooking methods, Recipes for starters, mains, deserts and health boosting smoothie, Eating out and Social situations
Session six includes, how to avoid Stress eating, information on Stress and Anxiety, tips on Sleep, Exercise including heart rates, different workout zones, health and safety, and how to progress in exercise. Also final weigh in and Inch measurements.
The price of this course is £100!, special offer - normally £140
Payments can be made in cash or cheque ( cheque needs to clear before first session can commence)
